Established in 1997, it has immediately intended to give a boost to an innovative turning point in the techniques of cultivation and harvesting of the olives.
The podiatrist characteristics and the presence of the necessary organic elements for a good oleic cultivation, further the production of an high-quality oil from the cultivars “leccino”, oil-mill and “moraiolo”.
The geo-agronomic aspect (level land zone, pot plants, planting layout) facilitates the mechanized harvesting that has been carried out to the right growth level of the drupe.
The Company produces approximately 200 quintals of extra virgin olive oil every year and its objective is to commercialise the product directly from the producer to the consumer.
